I used to read the Italian duck comics. Back when DoubleDuck was sorta good ish. Then I think it went downhill and I lost interest. G. Cavazzano is still my favorite artist though. The character looks like Kay K.

Oh, she well predates that- she's from a set of stories in the 70s and 80s! I think she had a modern revival though.
