The 2D portions are quite nice. I'm not a huge fan of the way the dream sequence's animated though.

Right off the bat, the timing is spot on. The animation's wonky-ish but it's totally fitting the bizzarely absurd style. Also, the walkie talkie sound made me laugh out loud. Wow! Oh, and the first time I didn't even notice the loop.
