It's enjoyable. There's one thing I find jarring though. If you were able to perfectly animate the lip synching at 00:12, why couldn't you bother to animate the lip synching for the rest of the cartoon? :| It just looks "cheap" imho. That little detail doesn't take anything away from the overall fun factor in the end, so that's still a solid 5/5.
