If you're looking for a sound effect for magic, there's a limitless choice, and the sound type would depend on how magic is defined in-universe.

actually, it's not 100% Blender
i didn't have time to learn Grease pencil so I made and animated the background in Blender then put it in Krita for the 2D parts
